# Creator Art Requirements

This is a draft checklist for onboarding creators before merch goes live.

## Rights confirmation

Creators should confirm:

- They own or control the submitted artwork.
- They have permission for logos, lettering, character art, likenesses, and collaborator-owned assets.
- They can grant the hub a limited right to produce and sell approved merchandise.
- They understand the hub can reject, pause, or remove products if rights are unclear.

## Recommended print files

Exact requirements depend on the print provider, but a safe intake target is:

- Transparent PNG for apparel graphics when appropriate.
- High-resolution PNG, PSD, TIFF, AI, EPS, or PDF depending on provider.
- 300 DPI where raster art is printed at final size.
- RGB or CMYK according to vendor specification.
- Clean edges and no unintended background boxes.
- Separate files for light garments and dark garments when needed.
- No tiny lettering that will become illegible on fabric.

## Product approval checklist

Before a product goes live, confirm:

- Product mockup approved by creator.
- Product name approved.
- Product description approved.
- Price approved.
- Creator revenue share or payout method approved.
- Fulfillment cost and margin reviewed.
- Variant list reviewed: sizes, colors, garment type, print placement.
- Support policy reviewed: returns, misprints, shipping delays.
